    No, you could submit it but if you can't find the parcel number it usually means the address is wrong and the address from street view is not reliable.

    It's okay, it's odd since the first part I finished I finished in a decent time. Tab and arrow keys didn't work so you have to manually click each of the bubbles. The spacing sucked too for how much text there was so it all just kind of blended together so it was hard to go fast.
