Pros:
Near instant approval. It can be fairly passive unless you're really gunning to get the bonuses. I should add my internet dropped out for maybe 7 minutes, but there was no negative effect other than possible loss of bonus potential.
Cons:
I had to wait an entire hour for the game to start, then another hour for the game itself. No way to go faster, although the hour wait may not be everyone's experience with it. Possible bonuses if you're committed to making an effort.
