Oddly outside of breakfast, 2 bananas is all I've had today. It's probably the water. I know I probably only drink maybe 4 or 5 8 ounces of water a day. I drink cafficaffei stuff but I know that doesn't count for hydration.

In other news, whoever invented that never ending staircase should die a firey death. But at least I got 10 minutes of pure cardio out of it. Just hope my knees work tomorrow

Oh crap.....I have to walk up 2 more flights to get home.

The advice about having a bigger container is legit. I drink way more water now that I have a big jug.

 

Yo sometimes I have a banana and it fuels way more activity than it should based on the emoji

 

Everyone knows the weird taste of off brand mix hides the taste of poison better.
