    All right, I just tried again with in a Chrome incognito window with no scripts running. They still seem to be double-submitting. Weird. Gonna stop now, just wanted to see if it was my fault or not.

    You don't have to have a script for a particular HIT to have a script mess up that HIT, FYI. When they aren't in use, best to turn off most scripts because of this.

    people who do this for new requesters are the devil.

    there is normal variance between times ~ .8 - 1.2x.

    there is often context which makes some times look silly, but this can't be helped. (ie. RA scripted the twitter harassment survey to be 2.5-3.5x faster than everybody else because the normal format was shit)
