This is true, closed quals are the best. A dickhead requester could kill anyone's unicorn status at any moment. I still remember the 30+ rejects I got from Vale(I think was the name?) in a mass reject situation and it was the worst thing that could happen to a pristine turking account.

 

Goodness knows a lot of 90s cartoons were weird too! Ren&Stimpy, Rocko's Modern Life, and Angry Beavers immediately come to mind. The fact that there was a scene on Rocko where Heifer fell in love with a mechanical milker because it jerked him off, lol. I still remember all that weird stuff!

I think they're around half to sixty percent of mine, the bastards. After that happened I just cared so much less about getting rejections.

not bad since I didn't really start til 3pm but this is not the norm, I can assure you guys. but it just goes to show that anyone with any kind of a great qual can make daily without a ton of effort in scratching for pennies.

 

Yep, I'm under no illusion that I am any more accurate than most people here. I also know it can't last forever, and was already lucky once to have a questionable rejection overturned.

It's just nice to get the odd $60/hr batch considering how much scared money I avoid or return.

 

I love Ren and Stimpy.

 

I would punch a goat in the snot box for some of these unicorn quals.

 

So my 1 "nice" is done for the year Jake Ombach double bonused me the other day so I emailed him...got response today saying send to paypal....only thing that bugs me is in the response not a thank you was given

 

I recall that very well, I was on the better end of that deal, Vale F'D a lot of good workers, never worked for him again and never will if he brings his ass back.

I had that happen once too, and felt the same way...like the person who stole candy from the store but returned it out of guilt, and not more accurately like the person who was given too much change and returned some.
