My main question (before looking at the data or exit survey feedback) is whether it would be fair to increase the possible amount of bonus (i.e., the conversion rate from game score to actual $ amount) and reduce the base pay from $3 to $1 .. in this way, people who lose their spot during the instructions would be paid $1 (as I'll approve their HIT) rather than $3 .. this additional $2 can be redistributed for those who actually played. What do you guys think?
