Ahh, yeah, there is a giant box at the top you have to write a confirmation in. And it is mentioned 3 times in the instructions.

I'm assuming he's changed it because there's like 5 other people saying they got rejections for something similar.

 

They are in about size 32 font at the top, even with a quick scroll down you can't miss it.
