Just got a Georgia nickle

 

My tenant who I've Grinched about here frequently, and who is currently 10 days late on rent (and has never once paid on time) just asked if I would extend the lease month to month. Turns out they can't find anywhere cheaper to live than what I offered and can't find anywhere that will house their pit bull. What a shocker. "Just for July and maybe August," yeah except you've known for more than ~3 months I was not renewing your lease and haven't found anywhere so why do you think you will by September? Rental prices aren't dropping any time soon.
