If they read my comments, they'll be back with a bump. I was NOT happy as the actual task progressed. I understood it fine this time, but I was literally mad while doing it. So I did just the one HIT and I'm glad I did just because it will mean I don't have to repeat the training if it does come back with a pay bump and he included an off-site survey where I could offer comments. So I did. In detail. Along with specific pay raise suggestions.
