The good news is that teachers are paid fairly well here in California at least so

I paid nothing for my community college classes as a middle class white male. My state paid for the classes. my tiny bit of college loans was just for books and living expenses.

Computer Networking.

Dunno if I'll actually use any of that shit but hey at least I'm not saddled with 100k in student debt and I even got a dorm experience as my community college had a dorm that I stayed in for my first year.

 

I made some promises in my head to do unspeakable things for the Leafs to sign Tavares.

I specifically went to this community college so that I could have the experience going away to college without a ton of debt. I think that is a good experience for people to have but it is normally at far too great of a cost.

community college is a good way to not get into a lot of debt unless you're just wanting to rack up loans depending on your degree among other things. we do have financial aid and scholarships to help low income students as well. .i only took out a 2k loan just before i got the job im working at now, otherwise, im using financial aid to hope to cover tuition and my classes, buy my textbooks w/ it and when my refund comes in, that'll just go to my savings

 

I don't want to make the mods work hard on a Sunday

 

My parents make too much money for either my brother or I to get any financial aid but they don't make enough money to actually help us all that much.

 

We'll probably find out that one is a Hatfield and the other a McCoy
