    Same shit around here...it isn't even the "oooh ahhh pretty ..." stuff it is just loud they like. One in the neighborhood does this every 15/20 minutes from midnight to 3 am last few nights....my scope hasn't found him yet but it will.

    We need to start a FB challenge..... show how MAN you are and get in the dumpster with 1/4 sticks lit and dropped in....something like this
