    Yeah, the block list is kinda dumb. It treats a reqID the same as a hit title. So if you hand it a requester ID it goes:

    "Is this HIT's title equal to <req id>? Nope...is the reqID equal to <req id>? Yep. NUKE IT" So if somebody launches a HIT with a title that is the same as a requester ID you have blocked it'll also block the HIT. Requires a major rewrite to really fix properly and I haven't done it yet because it works ok enough ;)
