I had to do it at the dmv in this specific test space with fake car bumpers around you.

Since I made it all the way back to the dmv, I knew I was passing and that all that was left was that. I’ve never stone cold nailed parallel parking as much as I did in that moment (in a pickup truck no less). I was very enthused.

 

Here's a fun story of the day! The office I work in gets mail almost daily via FedEx. One particular FedEx driver has a Penske truck. (He's the only one in a Penske around here btw. Small town.) I may have gotten him in trouble recently for repeatedly (~10 times) leaving packages in neighboring offices without leaving a door tag or any type of notice with us. I sign for packages since I'm at the front desk. We're on first name basis now since he got in trouble with his supervisor. In my defense, the packages were nearing a couple grand so we were freaking out when we didn't know where he left them.

I live ~5 minutes from my job. I guess Penske dude is the one delivering a package to my apartment today instead of our regular lady. My fiance is at home sitting in dead quiet listening for packages all week. Haven't had any issues with any carriers. They all knock/bang on the door and he's zooming down the stairs to grab packages before swipers have a chance to swipe our things.

I get a notification about 45 minutes ago stating my package was dropped off at the front door. AT 12:35PM! I text fiance and he swears FedEx hasn't come by. Just some cars and a Penske moving truck.

I guess Mr. Penske still hasn't learned his lesson about knocking.
Or he still hates me for getting him trouble for not doing his job.
And now I'm missing a $200 CPU.

TIL: Try not to piss off your oh-so-lovely delivery drivers.
