    Oh man I quit that one half way through, kinda glad I did now though. I couldnt have done another 20 minutes of that. Those facts became much less interesting the 20th time they showed em lol.

    Fair enough, then. TF2 competitive actually is a bit of a joke, but at least isn't being held up solely by millions dollars of investments like Fortnite or Overwatch.

    Well Blizzard had a gem in Starcraft and they ruined it, they went all in and Overwatch and it's just not exciting to watch

    Fortnite has so many bugs I'm honestly surprised they tried to go the competitive route with it, and the fact that they routinely have $100k+ tournaments that have to be played in public matches is fucking hilariously pathetic to me.

    See the problem is that Starcraft actually requires skill, while Overwatch is relatively easy to get into because it has both a low skill floor and a low skill ceiling. Quake Champions is kind of suffering from the same issue + it's still rough around the edges(though not nearly as bad as on launch) where the high skill ceiling just kind of turns people off. TF2 never really stood a chance at growing as a popular esport and most people only see it as that random and wacky hat simulator game. Still hype for i63 even though it's just going to be Froyotech dominating, though.
