You left the Window Proxy thing up

Proxy ---> Proxy Settings --> Windows --> Uncheck the bottom box that says 'Enable Windows proxy on launch'

I usually do, cause that's a pain, but I forgot this time. Usually it won't even let me do anything at all and acts like my screen is frozen.

 

What do you mean 'usually do'? Once you do that once you won't have to mess with it again.

LOL no worries. I felt like a jerk correcting you, but I'd already done the math and I obsess over where I got the details wrong if I think I've screwed up some equations somewhere. It's literally the kind of thing that'd have me worrying in bed and unable to fall to sleep.

Anyway, let's face it, with these kinds of numbers, a couple of hundred here and there is a rounding error.
