    "Thank you so much for participating in the Coordination Experiment. There are a few things we noticed during the HIT that we would like to clear up.

    1. In some games, it seemed like everyone had reached consensus, yet the game showed otherwise. However, what you saw on the screen was only your neighborhood - not all 20 players. If a game ended without consensus, then at least 1 player either disagreed with the rest, or didn't make a choice. In addition, be assured that we will manually go through the logs - so if a certain game should have ended in consensus, but payouts were not made, we will be sure to rectify that.

    2. Ghost-messaging was observed in certain games, and though we are unsure why this happened, it could have been due to one of two reasons - delayed database updates caused by drops in network connectivity, or the users not chosen in a game trying to send messages despite explicit instructions otherwise. We will of course, also re-check our code, just to be sure.

    3. Trying to pass on your color choice by saying APPLE, TREE and WEED was a terrible move. We made it very clear in the instructions that such behavior would only make things worse as your colors would not be properly translated.

    Overall, we would have hoped for a little more attention to the instructions - which would have benefited everyone in this game. Your earned bonus will be credited within 3 days. We understand that the HIT wasn't completely smooth for some users, and on that front we welcome your feedback, so we can make future iterations even better. Thank you so much for your interest."
