Did you get any emails from them? I HATE contacting amazon. Emailing them ([email protected]), might work, but i never hear back when I have issues. They used to have a number you could call, however after some research it looks like that is no longer the case. My best guess would be to try to get in touch with an actual amazon rep on normal amazon and see if they can point you in the right direction. I know ive done that before when the interface went to hell for a day a few years back.

 

They won't know what mturk is and won't be able to help you.
