Skeeter likes treadmills on a low setting, but I never tether him to it. I also never let him near one if I wasn't there with him the whole time.

this is what I did when I started I've raised it since because I can make more than that bare minimum now but I keep that number in the back of my head as my I'm feeling lazy today but I have to make this number. Also keep in mind you may not hit your goal every day but go over on others so try to keep that weekly goal in mind and don' get to upset over one bad day if you are still on target for the week
