i actually worked at a gym for a bit
but my personal methods are a bit extreme and not something i'd suggest to others lol
but mostly i have an insane amount of energy and have to burn myself out if i wish to sleep and enjoy my constant nightmares lol

also i hate eating....i probably have a disorder...and flossing takes so long when you have curved teeth...
