@rowan how long does it usually take to get the results back on your qual hit? I just finished mine up a bit ago and got the bonus email so i was just curious. Thanks.

 

closed quals are great but there is always that little bit of worry (or more) in the back of your mind

 

the more communicative the less i worry.....

yea I've seen people post big PE's from them in the past so I tried super hard on the qual when it posted. Got it and couldn't submit a single one for months lol

it's a huge learning curve, so the best advice for making them worth it is to start slow and not expect huge money right off the bat until you get used to your own flow. there are a ton of nuances and tricks that you'll only learn with the experience of doing them. sometimes it helps to poke around old batches in downtime just to get a good feel for what to look for and how to look for it.

you need a balance You may lose a qual sometime (lost one last year for going to fast) but if you are so afraid of losing the qual that you don't use it's not doing you any good either. Like @Ana* said if the requester communicates it helps a lot all around

 

I'm iffy on those. If it's a single apartment building, i.e. one street address I can narrow it down to, then yes, I would submit. If it's an apartment complex with separate buildings and each building is a different street number, then I would skip it, unless there is some other information to go on. If it's a $2 batch, I would continue on and get a second chance at it when it comes back for more money.

Awesome, I remember wondering that the last time I tried them and luckily I stayed away if I found 2 parcel numbers for different buildings as i didnt know what apt it was

 

just tried a couple noah's. my pay rate was $3/hr NOPE. hopefully a good batch will drop tonight.
