Anybody harbor a quiet resentment at having to do those "Is https://x.x a duplicate listing" requirements on some VRAPI hits for free?

It bugs me that they are in effect getting hit clearances for nothing. Clearances that I'm sure they are charging the client polities for.

Be careful if you're pulling up the parcel reports on some of these apartment buildings in san diego. I've had a couple where I pull up a report for a unit number, and it gives the report for the incorrect unit.
