    LG is not gonna stop selling OLED TVs any time soon, imo. The margins on premium TV are always much higher. Margins on cheapo 4k tvs are slim to none. That's why all these roku tvs are coming out, because they're pretty much giving them away at cost of materials. Then once you have a roku they can charge you for stuff. Even if 10% of people who bought a 4k Roku TV bought a custom background for 2 dollars they're making money hand over first. LG isn't really in that game, they've always been bad at software.

    My fiance's family loves TCL. It's essentially like a Vizio, but from Costco(which i assume is where you found it). PLUS, since you get it from costco, you can literally take it back whenever should it break, however if you read the reviews, they are actually very solid devices.

    Yeah, this is true.

    I think it might be because people are getting stupid shit like QLED. I was standing in front of an OLED TV at Costco and a customer walked right by me with a friend and pointed at the QLED and was like look at that picture. Dude, that picture sucks compared to OLED. :(
