    It may sound odd, but what I do in that type of situation is go back to the doctors office, and after they tell me it's not their problem I yell at everyone, next thing you know, not only are they ordering for you, but coverage all of a sudden pays for it all. YMMV

    Seems like all the ones with good return policies don't carry my size. One site offered a 30 in home trial before charging but doesn't deliver to my address. There is a store a few hours away from me just outside Philly I'm seriously thinking of having one of my kids drive me out there of course driving to Philly with any of my kids to shop is going to seriously add to the already expensive cost of these shoes.
