    Same but I already got a code and submitted. I have seen it before where you can stumble on the page that you would have got if you had been kicked out. I think it safe to submit but I do not really know.

    Nothing of the sort. He doesn't seem to be tied with an academy. No contact email either. I emailed him through mTurk but I have a feeling nothing is going to come of it. :/
