Half price day at our local Dairy Queen today. Looks like I'm getting a Flamethrower combo for $5.

 

I did like 10 of the ones with the 20 day AA just out of curiosity, hopping that it is like with the Rekognition hits that they have been posting that the AA says 10 days, but most of them AA within 24hrs. I would not mind if that is the case as long as 80+% of the work gets approved in that time frame.

Serious question, is this really the best way to do it?

Also, to be fair, I'm pretty sure that no one actually looks at these. I've done the strategy of giving myself 3-4's & had no follow up & I've given myself all 5's. Nothing.

 

I don't talk about myself well (usually overly critical) so i tend to just say I suck more than I do.
but if no one looks at them, fuck it 5s all the way down!

 

Yeah, I have no evidence that anyone has ever looked at them. I have never had a follow interview (like you're supposed to with your supervisor). I've also never received a raise - ever. My officemate who ended up quitting later that year basically ripped the whole process in his last performance evaluation - not a peep from anyone.
