    Excuse me, I'm a New Zealander. Big difference. The entire country is the size of Colorado, zero poisonous creatures, better accents, "Lord of the Rings", and we're world champions at rugby AND sailing.

    Plus more sheep, which are both attractively frolicsome and delicious with a touch of mint sauce.

    I am a bit sad. I finally decided to try the scream hit for ACME and even when I lowered my scream or was quieter it still said I was too loud. I even tried my headset.

    I honestly did not realize how poor I was for a long time as a kid. I got kinda curious why my friends always had way more stuff than I did and figured it out. Then I met my cousins and HOO BOY, they were even worse off, to the point my dad would have them come stay with us for a couple weeks during the summer and buy them clothes and stuff. By the time I hit middle school (and in part because my sister left for college), we were a bit better off (still pretty low income but more working class then straight up poverty at that point) and things felt a lot better. I had NO IDEA that it wasn't the norm to struggle for 5 bucks for a class field trip until I was the only one in the entire class who didn't get to go and had to stay in school all day with a class aide. :afraid:

    We finally started having a semi-normal amount of money after my dad married his little 22 year old bride, but they only ever spent that on themselves naturally. I got the hell out of that house as soon as I was 18.:az: Ah well, it gave us character or whatever!

    Nothing wrong with poor folk food. I grew up on fried potato sandwiches. I actually made one for lunch the other day because I hadn't had one in years. So good.
