Ismael Rodriguez Lara got back to me and said she will reverse that rejection. It's still rejected on my dashboard though so waiting to see it disappear. Text of the email:

I double-checked and it appears on my database that you did not provide the control code correctly (that's why the work was rejected). When this happens, we need to reject workers as it may occur that a bot completed the survey and selected answers at random. As researchers, we care about the quality of the data and we want to minimize these kinds of problems. However, it is clear that you completed the survey.
