I may not agree with his tone, but it is really an efficient way to stop people bombing MA TV.

for ex: I do not think you would whether intentionally or unintentionally put an unreliable report on MA TV anymore.

Plus, I do not know that person at all. He/she is new, so sometimes you need to be harsh on your first warning. Some of them will be scared and never leave a review anymore, but most of them will learn how to put a valuable review.
