The worst part is that I know EXACTLY what type of cut I want, and even Matt can layer my hair the correct way if he has the time ( I can do a halfway decent job as well, but per usual, he's just better at that type of task) BUT SOMEHOW SO MANY PEOPLE CANNOT CUT CURLY/WAVY HAIR THE RIGHT WAY, or worse...they get ideas of their own and don't even do exactly what you asked.

I've been living by the same side bangs/specific type of layered cut for years and yet I cannot always find someone who can execute it in the right way. Done well, my curls all fit together nicely and look fab. Done badly, my hair is a frizzy and shapeless nightmare.

I feel like, if Matt can cut my hair correctly from watching a youtube video, someone I'm paying a chunk of money should be able to handle it without giving me insane poodle hair. But, ya know, high hopes and all that.

Yes! I returned one because I honestly didn't know if I would even be able to finish in time. It was ridiculous.
