Yeah I thought those ages were BS and based on intellect level of the child, so I figured my nephew could get 3+ stuff when he was 2 because he was a genius. But sister-in-law explained about choking hazards so I've gotta wait on some of the toys I want to get him. I have no idea how you're supposed to learn this stuff without someone to help you along like a friend or parent or sibling.
