My sister will go out to eat, bring home a drink, and then just leave it sitting there on the table for weeks on end until there's mold growing in it. Worst roommate experience of my life, glad she's gone.

No it isn't an agreement. I just refuse to use anything that my brother hand washes. He can also put shit in the dishwasher I just fix it before I start the load.

If I see my brother hand wash something I throw it in the next load of my dishwasher.

 

As of right now, the townhome we live in is the only nice area that isn't income based in this town. It makes me so angry! We pay $800 a month and we have a crappy stove and fridge and guess what...no dishwasher. :|
The first place we looked at was GORGEOUS. Tile flooring, granite counters (we have this too, but theirs was newer and shinier), new appliances. Filled out an app and BAM. Rejected. Because we made too much. Found out it was income based and they tried to tell us it was written in the application.

I totally did not sit down and read line by line of 20 pages to get my $100 back.
