It is common sense and you have been here for a year so surely you have seen this discussion by now.

 

It doesn't explicitly say it anywhere (yet) since it is kind of lumped in under 'not submitted work', its just something that has sprouted up from trying to keep with the "helping folks find good work" theme.. survey quals/demographics, qual hits, etc etc aren't usually representative of the actual meat & potatoes work so they've gotten tossed out.

I didn't know TV had unwritten rules. It's hard enough for someone like me with a learning disability to navigate written rules. I think I'll take a break from submitting reviews until I understand the process better. I'm also labeled on TV as "Slow Pace," so my reviews/ratings/times probably aren't very helpful. I'll keep checking other peoples' reviews, though, because they are very useful to me. It's a great site.

I started writing reviews on Turker View 2 or 3 days ago. I made mistakes, I still do. I asked questions and most of the feedback was useful while some was a little too much laughter at my expense but I got over it within minutes and went back to trying to figure it out myself. The best teacher is experience. Trial and error. Don't worry too much about comments that aren't helpful and don't give up trying to improve, and by all means don't stop asking questions, please? There is no shame in wanting to learn through questions and even if you missed instructions that may have been obvious to others, it doesn't matter because you cared enough to learn through questions here in the thread. And shame on those who make you feel bad for asking.

 

This just in: Matt does not find it as charming as @Buntastic when I dance around the house screeching “ BIRD DO A PRETTY! BIRD DO A PRETTY!” before 8 am.
