No, no VPN or proxy. I do live in an apartment complex. Maybe another turker lives nearby. Idk. Guess my hands are tied. Thanks for the input!

 

Thank you! I'll try that when I get home and can hook them back up. I also may need a new thunderbolt 3 to thunderbolt 3 cable. The mouse input is funky when hooked up to the external monitor. It also sometimes randomly disconnects. It's awesome but getting an eGPU has been a PITA.
