FWIW that error code is from TurkPrime I believe? If so you're likely a victim of some of the crackdown they've done around the whole foreign accounts thing.. you may be able to email them for more details. If its on EVERY HIT I'd lean towards a mistake, if its only on certain ones it may be the neighbor thing. I'm totally just making a semi-educated guess though haha

I am midway through this survey and it is telling me an answer is incorrect when it appears to be correct. Anyone else having this issue?

I am having similar issues. When this occurs, I open MTurk on my phone to get the link. I do the HIT on my computer then submit the code on my phone.
