I'm vegan...lol. I wasn't for the first 30 years of my life though, and I didn't like corned beef. Despite that, I might have been willing to try those nachos though.

I was very mad that waitress tried to ignore my request for another. Normally, they have giant glasses for bottomless mimosa day, but they ran out of big glasses and THAT'S NOT MY PROBLEM LADY. I'm so sorry you had to stop talking to your friends to actually wait your table occasionally.

Of course, I'm too anxious to confront anyone, so Matt just grabbed my glass and walked over to her while she was sitting down with her friends and goes, "SHE WOULD LIKE ANOTHER PLEASE. THANK YOU SO MUCH!"

Ahhh, I see.

I've actually made vegan nachos before! I could do it again! Matt has a vegan coworker, and I felt bad when I knew there wouldn't be much food for them (him and his gf) at a gathering, so I made them some special nachos so they wouldn't only have to eat a variety of bland side dishes lol. I also have a friend with celiacs who has a similar issue with the same crowd of folks, so I'm usually the one who makes the weird side dishes.

Well, and I make crack dip. But that's for me muahahaha.
