I suppose that's possible. I've never been blocked before. But it says I'm unqualified when I try to accept, despite meeting the criteria.

 

If you are qualed but it says you aren't you are blocked.

It also means that the requester is too retarded to just pull your quals instead of blocking so that is a thing.

Sounds like a block. Their communication is extremely, extremely intermittent. I've emailed a few times and could have had better luck emailing a brick wall, and another time I had a very open back-and-forth exchange. iirc, they have one main person (I think a professor?) and also have students judge work/fuck with the account sometimes, so that could be why so many wires get crossed with communication and consistency or lack thereof.
