    I used to be a TA for some Linear Algebra classes and the professor never graded homework. If you didn't do it, you'd probably fail the course though. I always thought it was a pretty easy course overall, only three quizzes and three exams, but the failure rate was pretty high.

    Totally counts! I'm not saying I have a thing for math nerds, but I have a thing for math nerds.

    I dated the female version of Matt before I got together with him, and it didn't occur to me until someone pointed it out this year. That is, I dated a 6ish foot tall blonde, math genius engineer who loved cargo shorts and being a little aggro with anyone who bothered me (or seemed as if they may bother me at some point in their lifetime).

    I uh...apparently have a type.

    So, I was dating an entirely different mechanical engineer all thru college, who was around Matt quite a bit, and he was just totally failing to help me with differential equations (I'm awful at any math that isn't stats). Matt just ripped the notebook from his hands, wrote out all steps of the equations while I watched, added some little notes on the side for me, and walked away. It made just so much more sense to me.

    Even when we borderline hated each other, he still knew how to explain things to me way better than my chosen partner. Probably should have taken that to heart, but I made stupid decisions as far as dating went back then!

    I think I find mathematical ability sexy Af cause it's one of the things that just baffles me.
