If any of you are into flogging yourself I'm returning this hit. It's basically taking the info from a 30-ish page chart and moving from pdf to csv. I'm far to lazy to do by hand and I'm not coherent enough to figure out a more efficient method at the moment.

 

I have yet to see this fabled 6th one.
