My problem with these earring hits is they're just too slow, because there are too many response categories. I can't get my average time under 5 seconds each, so they're more frustration than they're worth.

They should be good for anybody who needs numbers, I guess, because they'll probably hang around for a while. If I had under 10k I'd totally spend five hours a day and just grind them out until they were gone.

 

I'm anxious about having more than a couple rejected because it could screw me.

As long as you make an honest effort with amazon tasks you're fine.

Like, if one of the hits is a qc, they probably wouldn't reject if you picked acrylic but it was actually enameled metal. They would reject if you reported 4 or more pearl and fabric earrings attached to a human head when the image showed a necklace on a white background.

~newbie day, A9's here I come. I'm already over 25,000 but trying to bump my approval rating from 99.66 to 99.99, suppose that will take 50,000 or so, lol

 

Normally I'm a fan of A9's but there are just far too many options for these earring HITs.

 

On these earrings I just have my trigger ready for 3rd option, 2nd option, then metal/precious because it seems that is most of them, I only have to slow down if the picture is off. And I use the enter key so I don't have to scroll.

 

As for the seconds, if they are all metal, I think they are taking me about 3 seconds, since the timer starts at :05 right?

Agreed. I was messing with an old a9 script to see if i could get it to auto check options 3 and 2.
Sadly no luck. Im used to the answers being yes or no.

 

One thing I do have concerns about, is if only thing that is metal is the post of the earring itself, do I include metal? I have been, I'll throw myself on the floor if I get rejections.

 

Isn't the post almost always metal, though? I was wondering the same thing myself, I just did a few and am holding off, altho it seems they're pretty fair.

I have been just putting metal. Now it makes me think i may be wrong.

 

My choices are almost always metal + something for just about every one since a post is almost always metal or the earring is metal with something. Maybe I am over analyzing, I am good at that. Either way, this whole routine makes me want to go shopping for earrings.
