I would prefer not to know when. Our maintenance people tell us they're coming within a certain time frame and those Grinches show up hours late. They're never there on time. We just had our AC unit replaced. They told us they'd be there between 10-2. They came at 6pm. Didn't leave until after 9pm. I was up past my bedtime.

 

They don't want low accuracy responses.
