    A lot of times hackers avoid stuff like that. The reason being messing with a bank account can incur a pretty big wrath quickly as opposed to just random passwords being lost. When I was younger I...was in circles that did stuff like that. I remember seeing the pastebins and sharing on darkweb hack boards and people warning about bank passwords lol. Now days there are so many people stealing passwords that it's usually just punks wanting to spam you/others. Few people still roll the dice and go for broke by ordering things/hacking bank accounts, however.
