Not sure, thought the 99% acceptance rate and at least 100 HITs would be a sufficient filter.

I was going to suggest this. I'd personally add a US qual. Mturk does what they can to filter bad workers but it only goes so far. I might even suggest upping the total HITS completed to something over 1000. Yours is a bit more technical as far as HIT layouts are concerned. Might need people with a bit more platform experience.

I'm sure that @ChrisTurk can help you some more with that but setting your quals right makes a huge difference.

 

Is your approval rate too low perhaps? I'd be happy to include you, but don't know how without changing that atm. (and I already get quite some worthless replies currently)

 

Generally not on MTurk, the platform is ~80/20 demographic of American/Indian workforce, so without location exclusionary qualifications you'll get workers who do not speak much (if any) English doing your work simply for the money (..which I think you've already seen haha)

Thanks for the links! We do also have a pre-quiz (i.e. entry check) in place. I'd have to look into these parameters a bit more (we do a max of 10 today, and hope to do more later after some tuning)

 

You posted a $3 hit with no US qual so all the Indian worker farms are going ham on it making it extremely hard to catch.

Feel free to include the location qual for places like Canada and other proper places but just leaving it blank is a bad idea imo.
