11/05 - Monday Morning

I heard Part 5 is finally actually good in terms of animation etc. I'm a huge fan of the Jojo manga, but I honestly haven't put that much into the anime because the quality sucks dick imo. I've been trying to put aside at least an hour each day to unwind and watch some chinese children's cartoons, but I've been slipping on that lately too. I keep hearing about Boku no Hero but honestly I'm not that into school battle shounen either unless it's truly exceptional because so much of it is just the same characters and the same generic plot points with new character designs.

Boku no Hero is okay if you have time to waste and don't care too much. It's well done for what it is but at the same time I just don't identify with any of it because I'm past school age. Jojo got a huge rework and everything from 1-5(now) has been done very well. There was a first round of jojo animation that sucks but the updated one is great and a very fun ride all around. Now make sure if you watch it it's a good translation because all of the stand are band names and i you get it from an english based group they cant use the real stand names due to copyright issues. Go watch Black Clover! AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA

I actually watched parts 1, 2, and 4. 4 was alright, I mostly remember part 1 and 2 being a slideshow. I skipped part 3 entirely because that's my least favorite part. I'll check out part 5 once it's finished, I guess. I heard Black Clover wasn't very good.

 

Black clover is terrible but people swear if you eat the shit till ep 40 it gets better. I couldn't get past 6 eps of it because the main character is shit and everyone and everything is super fuck flat. I loved part 3 and adore the other parts as well. But that's just personal preference. I need to sit down and see what's new in the season to watch something else. I heard that monster girl idol one is pretty good but I have a hard time wanting to watch an idol show.

40 episodes of garbage? No thank you. My favorite Jojo part is 7, can't wait until that gets animated 10 years from now! Think I'll pass on that idol show, too.

Oh yeah, I have less and less patience for shounen anime every year. Unless it's super hotblooded shounen about the heroes who defied fate through the power of the oath sworn through courage. I'm a sucker for that. Especially if it has giant robots.

lol yea, now we are getting a possibly less disappointing arc in BC cause they just went ahead and broke the main character's arm and he can't do shit....so everyone else actually gets screen time.
