Holy crap this is terrible
First of all its broken b/c it has a question asking about two product images when none are displayed but that's at the latter half of the survey so you're already stuck if you get that far.
It has an attention-check that requires you not click a button, with no way to clear the button, and the ENTIRE SURVEY is all on one page which means if you screw up you have to reload the ENTIRE SURVEY and start completely from scratch despite the A/C being at the latter quarter of the survey which is unreasonably unfair & the only reason I'm writing about survey content at this level
And of course no code
And no consent form / IRB so despite being on Northwestern's qualtrics domain this survey is NOT IRB sanctioned & workers will have no recourse if they reject the work.

I have done it before in a similar situation.
