Yeah I know what she meant. I'm hoping a combo of more obnoxious "HEY WRITE SOMETHING" will help stop it.

& if not next version will also spit the reason WHY a user's account is disabled at them so I can be a lot more aggressive deactivating accounts & then, much to your delight, handing them a nice way to re-activate with a friendly questionnaire.

I do not like hitting people w/ qual tests right out the gate, but if you don't read the rules or understand something & toss wrenches all up in the system, I think its a perfectly fair way to re-activate an account. Protects the data quality, isn't obnoxious for people who get the hang of things right off the bat (if you asked me to take a qual test for TV I'd tell you to get bent, personally, but that's just me), isn't the nuclear option of perma-banning people just trying to contribute. Nice middle ground for all.
