    Yeah drinks are what add up quickly when you are at a nice place. I've been out a few times where drinks were well over the cost of the meal.

    What??? Call back and speak with a manager not a minion. Tell them you want an another solution and suggest the one that my bank gave me without my prompting. When my cards stolen before, my bank transferred the majority of my balance to a new account, so that I could use that going forward. They kept the old one open so that anything outstanding would clear with no problem, I gave an estimate of what was outstanding, they left that plus like $100. And if they get a hit on additional activity that is not customary for your account, they should provide that info to the police. Your bank's response so far is not acceptable if it doesn't give you full access to your money and let's it remain vulnerable to a thief.

    Shockingly, my steak and bacon did cost more than the combined booze I drank in that instance, but only because it was an a la carte fancy AF place. Otherwise, yup! We went to the Italian Sports Bar on Friday and had calzones with fancy beers and cocktails so our bill was 70% WOOOO-times.
