The writing really wasn't that bad and it's easy, but there is a lot of it.
I loved the encouragement the requester sprinkled throughout the survey - nice touch.
Space for comments regarding survey, compensation, and amount of time.

Cons:
Let me just preface this by saying, go ahead and return this now if you don't like writing.
I lost track but you have to write a paragraph response for 7-8? different questions (like typical job interview questions).
