11/18 - Sending Sunday!

My survey has ended in the frame and it gives me my code. Now, I am stuck. I can either return the hit or what else? That is why I have lost about 10 of these. So, do I have to open a window whenever a hit is in my frame?

 

Right click the survey link and select open in new tab.

 

You need to either control+click or middle mouse wheel click the survey links, don't let them open inside the iframe.

 

You are supposed to open the survey url in a new tab... When you left click it just stays in the iframe if it isn't setup correctly. Always right click or middle click survey links.

You can just reopen the hit from your queue and submit with the code though.

Okay. So if you start a normal HIT that has a link to the survey, right click Open In New Tab. If you forget to do this, that's fine. Just copy the survey code, refresh the page, and it will take you back to the original task page, then you can enter the survey code as normal.

 

If the HIT shows a link, try ctrl+left click, that should open the link in a new tab, then you can do the survey, get the code, and then paste it into the original HIT.

 

You should probably open that link in a new tab, and don't let it load in a hit window. If you do, then copy that code, close that window, reopen the hit from your queue then the space to paste the code will be back. Some requesters don't code their links to open in a new tab or window so you have to do it for the.
