As a fellow experiencer of medical tests today, I'm glad to read that you found something positive about the experience in that you felt you needed to walk more and so you did. I made a similar decision, thinking of taking a shuttle from the hospital to the parking deck but deciding I could use the extra steps. Little positives are so important. Hope tomorrow goes well!

Gotta make myself do it been saying for so long that I would walk more without the back pain so if I can walk more this way I need to do it, would like to go out to the park or something (with my son just incase) and see how far/long I could go without back pain using the rolator
