11/20 - Tiny Tuesday!

How do the requesters come up with their estimated completion times? I feel like most of them are never right. For example, I just completed a survey that was estimated 20 minutes and it only took four.

 

I was hoping to catch more than one.

I only saw 2.

 

I hope that whatever eldritch deity summoning ritual we all partook in doesn't go too badly.

Take the slowest person who has a 2nd grade level mastery of the English language and tell them to complete the hit. Otherwise, just slap a random time on there.

I just sent out an email to those who have reached out to me about their work being rejected. I am an undergraduate student who has never used Amazon MTurk before, and I realize I may have made some errors in rejecting/accepting work.
